By requesting, scheduling, or receiving services from the Company, you (“Client”) agree to the following:

  • Engage with us in other related ways, including any marketing or events

1. AUTHORIZATION TO PROVIDE SERVICES

You authorize the Company to diagnose, repair, configure, maintain, and support your computer systems, devices, networks, and software, whether performed on-site or remotely.

2. REMOTE ACCESS & REMOTE MANAGEMENT CONSENT

You expressly authorize the Company to remotely access, view, control, and operate your device(s) using secure remote access or remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools when necessary to perform services.
This may include logging into your system, viewing files and settings, installing or removing software, performing updates, rebooting systems, and making configuration changes. Remote access may be attended or unattended, depending on the service.

3. DATA ACCESS & PRIVACY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

You acknowledge that remote or on-site service may expose the Company to personal or confidential data stored on your device(s). Such access is incidental to service delivery. The Company does not intentionally review, copy, or disclose your data except as required to perform services or comply with law.

4. DATA LOSS & BACKUP RESPONSIBILITY

You agree that computer repair involves inherent risk, including possible data loss or corruption. You are solely responsible for maintaining current backups. Unless separately agreed in writing, the Company is not responsible for data loss of any kind.

5. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE

The Company may install or use third-party tools to perform services. The Company does not guarantee the performance or security of third-party software and is not responsible for vulnerabilities that existed prior to service.

6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

All services are provided on a best-effort, as-is basis. The Company does not guarantee issue resolution, future system performance, or prevention of future failures.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, business, or profits.

8. CLIENT AUTHORITY

You represent that you have legal authority to grant access to the device(s) and data involved and agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from unauthorized access.

9. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Non-payment may result in suspension of service or removal of remote access.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California

11. ACCEPTANCE

By using the Company’s services, submitting a service request, or allowing remote access, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
